I AM SORRY TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE ELECTRIC PRUNES WILL NOT BE ON THE CALIFORNIA ‘66 TOUR EXCEPT FOR THEIR APPEARANCE ON THE TOUR FOR A WPKN RADIO BENEFIT CONCERT ON AUGUST 6 AT THE QUICK CENTER IN FAIRFIELD, CT THAT INCLUDES THE BLUES MAGOOS AND LOVE (WITH JOHNNY ECHOLS AND BABY LEMONADE) AS WELL AS A LIGHT SHOW BY PIG LIGHT SHOW.
FOR THOSE FANS WHO HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS FOR OTHER DATES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SEEING THE ELECTRIC PRUNES, YOU MAY O BTAIN A REFUND AT THE PLACE OF PURCHASE.

For now, this CD will be sold only at the California '66 Revue venues. It was produced prior to Sky Saxon's death and includes rarities such as an unreleased song recorded in 2007, "Just Like John Lennon Said", and a 1968 live version of "Pushin' Too Hard." Also, live versions of "You Never Had it Better" and "Hideaway" by the Electric Prunes, 2005 live versions of "7&7 Is" and "The Good Humour Man" perfomed by the line-up that will be touring in August, and many more nuggets.
